Expresspark was created by three business professionals (Allan Rice, Michael Sugar and Paul Stevenson) who operated a mid size parking Management Company located in Los Angeles CA. Nationally parking revenue exceeds $42 billion dollars annually. The developers of Expresspark realized how inefficient the collection of this revenue was, and with that in mind they designed a small database management software that kept track of all their monthly parking revenue. The software grew and developed into what is now "Expresspark". A web based software that collects monthly parking revenue, manages stall inventory, and gives Building owners, Tenants, and Parking operator’s real time revenue information.
